SITE MANAGER/CARETAKER – Permanent, required from May 2019
Grade 12 (£19,607-£22,205, pay award pending), plus caretakers shift allowance (£1,961–£2,221)
37 hours per week, to be worked on a split shift pattern. Term time plus 4 weeks.
We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to extend the Business Support Team and further improve premises management and supporting services across the school.
The ideal candidate will have experience in premises management, a good understanding of health and safety legislation, is practical, well organised and flexible, with an ability to work on their own initiative.
