Holway Centre

About our centre

The Holway site is our main student base. All key stage 3 and 4 students who are permanently excluded or attending TDPC on partnership programmes are based at Holway.

Pupils may have been excluded from school and need Day 6 provision, or may be unable to attend school due to medical conditions.  We teach pupils from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 4.

The staff at the Holway Centre work with pupils in the centre, in an outreach capacity and online.

Students are taught in classrooms in small groups by skilled staff.  Our curriculum consists of academic and vocational subjects, outdoor education and Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE).  Running through all of this is a focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health.

Our Partnership Team and our Online and Virtual Learning / Outreach Team are also based at Holway.

The capacity at Holway is increasing, as the building is being developed and refurbished to ensure it meets the needs of our students.
